2014 (Pending) Con List + General Info

Hello everyone!

With convention season ramping up, now is the best time to get your artwork to us for cataloging. We're making a push to have everything nicely tagged with artist info this year, so getting stuff in early is a must. Here's what we're looking for:

High Priority
Plushies, Figures, Sculptures, etc. of Season 3, 4 and Equestria Girls
Sellable images related to Season 3, 4 and Equestria Girls
Plushies, Figures, Sculptures, etc. of Pony in general
Displayable images of Season 3, 4 and Equestria Girls
Sellable/Displayable images of Pony in general
Low Priority

Many of our plushies are several years old. Some new blood (so to speak... maybe fluff? Polyfill?) would definitely be beneficial, especially by TrotCon in mid June. New pieces will be on prominent display! Unfortunately we don't have the funds to commission pieces, however, we can provide materials and shipping assistance. Get in touch with us to arrange donations or loans!

Remember, the Museum is able to travel solely from kind donations and sales at conventions. If you'd like to add your work to our convention store, not only will you be helping us continue, but you'll receive commission payments for pieces sold! Interested? Send us a note!

Oh. It's probably a good idea to let you know where we're planning on going.

We are interested in attending, but no formal discussions have occurred. All suggested cons will have this status until they fall one way or the other.
Unfortunately, we won't be at this convention for various reasons.

Do you have any suggestions for conventions to attend? If so, get in touch with us, and suggest to the con that they contact us as well. Fan interest can (and does) drive conventions in their choices of who to sponsor. Your mentioning of us to your favorite con will help us get there! PS: If you've been following us for a while, you probably heard about our new website. Originally scheduled to go live in October, then in November, it's looking like it's going to be ready to debut in the next few weeks. We'll probably have a big splash announcement when it does go live. Features include secure image upload with automatic resizing for web viewing, interactive galleries, real-time museum location and more!

~PonyCon is a prints-only affair, due to their focus on "the arts" this year. As such, we're going to do something we've never done before and split the Museum into 2 parts that weekend. The prints will go to PonyCon and physicals will go to MLP-MSP. Both cons will have a fully-stocked vendor booth.
*Everfree NW is so full of awesome content, that there simply wasn't space for us. Hopefully in 2015!
